Residential Services
Our group homes are located in the community and are designed to be as integrated as possible for our clients. 24-hour staffing provides clients with safety, security, and support with activities of daily living (i.e. personal care, cooking, cleaning, mobility, self-help, hygiene). We support our clients throughout their entire life journey, from active adulthood and vibrant retirement years to their later stages of life, ensuring compassionate care and guidance up to the end of life.

Group homes are supported by qualified, caring staff members.
Most homes have 3 or 4 residents, with each having their own room.
Residents enjoy activities similar to any family: cooking and eating meals together, playing games, barbecues, watching favorite programs together, going to the movies, etc.
Healthcare Support Aides coordinate medical and dental care for residents. Hozhoni offers monthly clinics on-site at the Day Program to assist with preventative and maintenance healthcare needs.
